fantastic stay at the level
efficient stafftop floorwell equipped room
I stayed on the "level" and it was excellent, i must say. i had a beautiful top floor room and it was huge and very well equipped. the super nice team and efficient. I really enjoyed speaking to them.
The garage barrier did not function very well. It could not read my license plate.

The spacious hotel features well maintained common areas and beautiful gardens. internal pools. two large pools are in the palm garden. They were inviting, the pools are great.

The hotel reception was professional and helpful, they solved all the problems. the staff was friendly. All questions were resolved quickly, the staff were particularly helpful during check-in.

The hotel offers a good location, it is quiet but not too far from the beach, which i enjoyed. it's easy to get around the town. I found the area had many stores and restaurants.

the room felt spacious. breakfast had a good selection of food. the location suited me well for accessing nearby attractions (i was close to everything i needed).
i noticed a lack of information in the rooms. i had to contact reception using the phone and had difficulty understanding the keys. pool towels required a €10 deposit in cash, which wasn't communicated at arrival. this caused inconvenience as i didn't have cash on me.

The rooms were spacious. I really liked the amazing toiletries and huge towels.
I was unhappy with breakfast included in my stay. The staff weren't attentive. There was often a queue at the bar by the pool when getting drinks.
